The problem with working in social media is it can feel like you are doing a lot of work because you feel so busy. But in reality, you are wasting a lot of time reading status messages, watching funny videos, commenting on weird photos, etc. It’s ok to do this, especially when you want to build a community. But set aside a set time to do this. The rest of the time, get shit done.
